Lindsay Grice
Manager and Senco and Designated Safeguarding Officer
Lindsay has a childcare qualification level 3. She has been with us for 20 years and is our Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENCo. Lindsay has completed training in Safeguarding Level 3, Paediatric first aid, Behaviour management, Makaton and Senco.
In my free time outside of work I enjoy going to the cinema, spending time with my family and family game nights.

Caroline McPhail
Deputy Manager, Deputy safeguarding Lead, Health and safety Officer and Enco
Caroline has an Early years educator qualification level 3. She has been with us for 11 years and is our ENCo. Caroline has completed training in safeguarding Level 3, Paediatric first aid, Basic Makaton and Autism awareness.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, going on walks riding bikes, but we really enjoy going to theme parks as a family.

Amanda Dodd
Nursery Assistant
Amanda has a level 3 Early years Educator qualification. She has been with us for 6 years and has completed training in Paediatric first aid and Safeguarding level 2.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my son to football and BMX racing. We also enjoy a trip to the cinema and eating out.

Katie Monksfield

Katie has a childcare qualification level 3. She has been with us for 7 years and has completed training in Paediatric first aid and Safeguarding level 2.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy movie nights and game nights. My favourite place is Center Parcs, which we also enjoy as a family.

Nursery Assistant
Tash has a childcare qualification level 3. She joined the team this year and has worked with early years children for many years. Tash has completed training in Safeguarding level 2.
Kirsty Warne

Kirsty is our newest member of staff who started with us in September 2025. Kirsty has completed training in safeguarding level2.
Outside of work I love to spend time with my family and friends. My favourite thing to do is beach or forest walks with my children. I also enjoy reafing.
Holly McPhail
Nursery Assistant - Bank Staff
Holly is a member of our bank staff. She has completed her level 2 childcare, Safeguarding level 2 and is currently completing her level 3 Early years Educator qualification..
In my spare time I enjoy going to theme parks with my family, playing games and having movie nights. I look forward to meeting you at nursery.
