Meet the team
 Lindsay Grice - Manager, SENCo Safeguarding lead.Lindsay has a childcare qualification level 3. She has been with us for 18 years and is our Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENCo. Lindsay has completed training in Safeguarding Level 3, Paediatric first aid, Behaviour management, Makaton and Senco.  Caroline McPhail - Deputy Manager, ENCo, Health and Safety OfficerCaroline has a childcare qualification level 3. She has been with us for 9 years and is our ENCo. Caroline has completed training in safeguarding Level 3, Paediatric first aid, Basic Makaton and Autism awareness.
 Katie Monksfield - Nursery Assistant Katie has a childcare qualification level 3. She has been with us for 6 years and has completed training in Paediatric first aid and Safeguarding level 2.
 Amanda Dodd - Nursery Assistant
